This License Agreement explains how digital products purchased or downloaded from GarrhetSampson.com may be used.

1. License Grant

When you purchase or download a product from this site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your own permitted personal or internal business use, subject to this agreement.

This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

2. Products Covered

This agreement applies to digital products and resources offered through GarrhetSampson.com, including but not limited to:

• Lightroom presets
• video LUTs
• digital downloads
• templates
• guides
• ebooks
• worksheets
• AI prompts
• educational resources
• course materials
• resource libraries

3. Permitted Use

Unless a specific product page states otherwise, you may:

• use the product in your own creative work or business workflow
• use presets and LUTs while editing personal or client projects
• use templates, prompts, and educational resources in your own business or creative process
• create finished personal or commercial output using the product, so long as you are not redistributing the product itself

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, transfer, gift, or redistribute the product files
• upload product files to free download sites, shared drives, marketplaces, memberships, or public libraries
• claim the product as your own original creation
• copy, reverse engineer, deconstruct, or repackage the product for resale
• use the products to create competing preset packs, LUT packs, prompt packs, templates, or similar derivative commercial products
• share course logins, member access, or gated product libraries unless expressly permitted
• distribute the product to team members unless the license or product page expressly allows multi-user use

5. One User License

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase is for one user only. If multiple team members, employees, contractors, or collaborators need access to the original files, a separate license or written permission is required.

6. Client Work

You may use licensed products in client work and commercial creative output, provided the client is receiving the finished work and not the editable product files themselves.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted remain with Garrhet Sampson or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing a product does not give you any ownership rights in the product itself.

8. Violations

Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or misuse may result in:

• termination of your license
• revoked access
• denied future purchases or access
• legal action where appropriate

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. The version posted on this page will apply going forward unless otherwise stated.
